- 13-16 year olds
- Week 01 (6/29-7/3), Week 02 (7/6-7/10), Week 03 (7/13-7/17), Week 04 (7/13-7/17), Week 05 (7/27-7/31), Week 06 (8/3-8/7), Week 07 (8/10-8/14), Week 08 (8/17-8/21), Week 09 (8/24-8/28), Week 10 (8/31-9/4)
Ready to lead, learn, and have fun? Our CIT Program gives older campers the chance to develop leadership skills while experiencing the joy of camp from a new perspective. Participants will receive hands-on guidance and training from our staff, learning how to assist with activities, support younger campers, and grow as positive role models—all while still enjoying the fun of summer camp!

Summer Camps
Do members receive a discount?
Yes. Gold’s Gym Fishkill & LaGrange members receive $10 off per camp week.
Does the member discount apply to every camp?
Almost. The $10/week member discount does not apply to Travel Camp or Nature Camp.
How do I get the member discount?
Select the member option during registration and provide your membership ID number.
Do you offer Early Bird pricing?
Yes. Early Bird pricing runs January 1, 2026 through March 15, 2026.
Does Early Bird pricing apply per camper or per family?
Early Bird discounts are calculated per individual camper (not per family).
What are the Early Bird discounts?
During the Early Bird window, discounts apply per camper based on total weeks enrolled:
- 3 weeks: $50 off
- 4 weeks: $100 off
- 5 weeks: $150 off
- 6 weeks: $200 off
- 7 weeks: $250 off
- 8 weeks: $300 off
- 9 weeks: $350 off
- 10 weeks: $400 off
Purchases MUST be completed in one transaction to qualify for this discount.
Can weeks be mixed across different camps?
Yes — as long as the weeks are enrolled for the same camper at the same time.
Can I combine the member discount and Early Bird pricing?
Yes, member discounts can be combined with early bird pricing.
