Important Parent Information

2026 Camp Hours

8:00–8:30 AM — Curbside Drop-Off

  • Drop-off is located behind the building. Enter through the stoplight entrance and proceed through the fence.
  • Please remain in your car. A camp staff member will come to your vehicle to check in your camper(s).
  • If you need to speak with a staff member, let us know at drop-off and we will make accommodations.

8:30 AM–4:45 PM — Camp Day

  • Our camp day is divided into 11 activity blocks.
  • Campers rotate through various areas of the facility, both indoors and outdoors.
  • If you need to drop off late or pick up early, please allow extra time, as we will need to retrieve your camper from their scheduled activity.

4:30–4:45 PM — Transition Time

  • The camp entrance closes at 4:30 PM so campers and staff can move to the turf field for curbside pick-up.
  • Please plan your arrival accordingly.

4:45–5:30 PM — Curbside Pick-Up

  • Pick-up follows the same process as morning drop-off.
  • Have your camper’s pick-up code ready.
  • If traffic backs up toward the light, please circle around the building to avoid blocking Titusville Road.
  • Helpful tip: The car line tends to be longest at the very start of drop-off and pick-up times. Arriving a bit later within the window helps keep traffic flowing smoothly.

Pick-Up Policy

  • Each camper is assigned an ID code, which must be provided at pick-up every day.
  • Campers will not be released if the adult picking up does not know the ID code.
  • If you prefer that we verify a photo ID for anyone picking up your camper, you must complete a Pick-Up Authorization Form before the first day of each camp week.
  • This form specifies exactly who is authorized to pick up your camper for that week.
  • It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to submit this form weekly.
  • Forms may be requested and completed on Monday morning at drop-off.
  • All campers must be picked up no later than 5:30 PM

Late Pick-up Fee

  • A $10.00 fee will be charged for every 5 minutes a parent or guardian arrives after the scheduled pick-up time.

Medication & Health Concerns

  • All required medical forms must be submitted to the Nurse/EMT on Monday morning of each camp week your child attends. We ask that you take a few minutes to discuss any medications/allergies/health concerns with the Nurse at drop off each week.
  • If your child starts, stops, or temporarily pauses any medication, notify the Nurse/EMT immediately.

Camp Prescription & Over-the-Counter Medication Form

  • The NYS Health Department recommends that these forms be completed by your child’s physician if there is any chance medication may be taken during the camp day. It is legally mandated that children self administer medications under the supervision of the camp health staff. All forms must be submitted prior to the first day of camp.

Child Disabilities

  • Per amendments to the NYS DOH Children’s Camp Code (2016), camps are advised to identify any developmental and/or physical disabilities during enrollment and determine whether an individual treatment, care, or behavioral plan exists.
  • Such plans are not required; however, if one exists, details should be shared with the camp.

Children With Special Needs

  • If your child requires a one-to-one aide or a  shared aide during the school year, it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to provide an aide for camp and to inform the Camp Director before registering.
  • Providing the appropriate level of support ensures your child’s safety and the best possible camp experience. Please note that our staff are not trained to provide one-to-one or specialized support.

Photo & Video Consent

  • Camp staff may take photos and videos throughout the camp day. If you do not want your camper(s) included in any photos or videos, please update your Amilia account to reflect this preference.
  • Please note: opting out may limit your camper’s participation in certain as all camps with a show, performance, or game will be photographed or recorded.

Parent/Guardian Visitation

  • We are a parent/guardian-free” zone. Parents or guardians are not permitted to remain with or near your children during the camp day. This policy is in place for the safety of all campers and to support the best possible program experience.

Special Events (Shows, Performances, All-Star Games)

  • Parents/guardians and family will be invited to attend Special Events throughout the summer. Dates and times for each event will be announced in advance.
  • Upon arrival, please check in at the camp entrance to sign in and receive an event pass before joining the event.
