Summer Camp at The Net
Thank you for registering for Summer Camp 2026 at The Net! We’re thrilled to kick off a brand-new summer with our newly re-branded program. While some things may look a little different, we’re still the same dedicated team and camp experience you’ve grown to love over the years!
You’ve completed the biggest step — Registration! Now, here’s what to expect next:
- Submit Required Health Documents
- Please provide a hard copy of your child’s most recent health exam and up-to-date immunization records.
- These documents must remain valid through 9/4/2026.
- Mail to us at: Attention: Summer Camp, 258 Titusville Road, Poughkeepsie, New York, 12603
- Drop off at: 258 Titusville Road, Poughkeepsie, New York, 12603 between the hours of 7am-9pm (see front desk staff at Gold’s Gym)
- Please provide a hard copy of your child’s most recent health exam and up-to-date immunization records.
- Review Your Amilia Account
- Log into your Amelia account and ensure that all contacts, phone numbers, medical information, and authorized pick-ups are accurate and up-to-date.

- We know it’s a lot, but it will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable camp experience.
Camp Policies
Early Bird Discounts
- Early Bird discounts are per child, not per family.
- Discounts must be applied during a single transaction and cannot be applied to future purchases.
Late Registration & Change Fees
- All registrations and changes made AFTER the Wednesday of the week prior to camp will incur a $25 fee per occurence.
- All camp changes made after Wednesday of the week prior to camp will incur a $25 change fee.
Please understand that late changes significantly impact staffing ratios, scheduling, and supply planning.

- Camp changes made prior to Wednesday of the week before camp will not incur a fee.
- Requests must be submitted via email to KIDSLG@GOLDSGYMHV.COM
- Changes must be approved before Wednesday to qualify for the fee waiver.
Returns & Credits
- All camp registrations are non-refundable.
- At the Camp Administrator’s discretion, credits that can be used through the following summer, may be issued under certain circumstances.
- If a camp change is made to a lesser priced camp, the difference is not refunded.
Age Cut Offs
General and Sports Camps:
- Campers must turn the stated age by December 1 to be eligible to attend.
- This ensures campers are grouped with peers in their appropriate grade level/age range.
Specialty Camps:
- Campers must meet the required age by the start of that specific camp week.
- This requirement is strictly enforced to ensure safety, programming readiness, and appropriate supervision.
No exceptions will be made to age requirements. Please do not request exceptions.
